Regular Order Returns


In the U.S., you’ve got a  90-day change-of-mind return window on all orders. If you receive your Minaal gear and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it as-new for a full refund (including the original shipping cost). As a small business, we just ask for a $15 contribution to help cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.

When we receive your return, and confirm that the gear is in  as-new condition, we’ll process your refund, minus the $15 contribution.


We also offer worldwide repairs and/or returns as part of our Lifetime Warranty coverage. That means we've got your back, even when you're on the road.

Non-USA / International

Change-of-mind returns outside the U.S. aren’t currently available – sorry! The cost of shipping gear back to our international hub is too high to make it worthwhile for either side.

However, our repair/return warranty coverage still applies.

Pre-order Returns & Exchanges

Every so often, when we introduce new products, we open them up for pre-orders before they’re in stock. 

If you pre-order Minaal gear, you can change your mind at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. This includes non-US orders. 

If the order’s already shipped, then the 'Regular Order' details outlined above will apply (including this type of return not being possible outside the U.S.).

For U.S. customers: 

  • If you receive a pre-order and decide you’d like to exchange it for other gear, you’ll need to do so within 90 days of receipt and make up any price difference. 
  • If you receive in-stock gear and decide you’d like to exchange it for gear that's on pre-order, you can return your in-stock gear for a refund (as long as it’s in as-new condition), then make a new order for the pre-order gear.
